At Float My Boat, we stand behind the quality and durability of our modular pontoons, docks, and drive-on systems. Our products are engineered for the marine environment, and we provide the following warranties to ensure your peace of mind.

Mandatory Installation Proof (9 Photos)
To validate your 10-year warranty, we require proof of correct installation. Please email nine (9) specific photographs to [email protected] immediately following the assembly of your dock:
4x Side Detail Shots
- One photo from each of the 4 sides of the dock.
- Taken at a range that clearly shows the fixings and connection pins are fully seated and locked.
4x Corner Perspective Shots
- One photo taken from each of the 4 corners.
- Taken from a distance to show the entire dock structure in position.
1x Loaded Shot (Final Photo)
- A clear photo of the boat/vessel correctly positioned on the dock or drive-on system.
Important: Warranty claims may be declined if these installation records are not submitted and verified.
General Conditions & Exclusions
- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use and service.
- Installation: Products must be installed and maintained strictly in accordance with Float My Boat guidelines.
- System Integrity: This warranty is only valid for complete Float My Boat systems. The use of third-party cubes, pins, or fixings in conjunction with our products will void all warranty coverage due to potential compatibility and structural integrity issues.
- Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic discoloration (UV fading), or damage caused by overloading, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or “Acts of God” (e.g., extreme weather events/storm surges exceeding design limits).
- Ownership: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable unless required by UK law.
- Resolution: Float My Boat reserves the right to repair or replace the defective component following a photographic assessment and digital inspection. Replacement of a part does not extend the original warranty period.
